Shipping & Returns


UK Delivery:

Orders will normally be shipped the next working day (Monday - Friday) using Royal Mail or a courier such as DPD, unless otherwise arranged.

A flat-rate charge of £4.50 Postage and Packing will be charged per order (so you usually save money if buying more than one product on the same order!).  There is a reduced rate for some very small items where this is the only item being bought, and this will be displayed on the product page.

USA, Canada, EU, and Rest of the World Delivery: 

Postage and Packing costs are determined by the total weight of the order, and will be calculated at the checkout page.  As far as possible, we will endeavour to post using a signed-for service.  The delivery timescale is usually 7-10 working days for Europe (10-14 days for 'Rest of the World').  Customers outside of the UK are responsible for paying any import tax and duties, and are therefore advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.

Where we are unable to deliver to a product to a particular country, this will be specified on the product page.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return within 14 days of receipt of the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return items from your order.

Items should be returned to us within 30 days from the date on which you received your order.

Please ensure that your returned goods are unused and in the packaging provided with the product at the point of sale, including any accessories, brochures, manuals, guarantees or warranties that came with the product.

Once your goods are returned to us, we will check them and process your refund for the item(s) within 2 working days (original Postage & Packing not refunded).  

For items that you return, postage costs for items returned must be paid by you and are non-refundable.

Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return, and we therefore strongly suggest that you take out appropriate insurance with the shipping company. 

Items that have been personalised, eg engraving on an item, may not be returned (unless faulty).
